Not for me it hasnt. I use a differant theme to the default, but ive now set the default to the theme i view with.
Ive asked a couple of other members to check, they see double too.
As for the meta..i opened header.php for the 'old' default theme (probably) the one you viewed with, and deleted all of the top meta info.
its still there for me, all i did was delete the meta at the start of the unregistered theme.
Have now changed the theme to what i use, but yeh its double, for now tho ive just turned the module off.
yeh, on further thought, why does every member need to know who was blocked and why?
If a member was blocked they cant see that anyway..so a pointless module. No offence, but for me, on further thought, yes, not a lot of use.

there isnt much value in the mod....
i always wanted sentinel to do his job and nothing more....
some might find it great an extra module showing whatever info,but its still a bit useless.
